FAQ's

Adventour Malaysia continuously updates all flight arrival times prior to landing.  We arrive when you arrive, no matter whether your plane arrives early or late, so long as you provide the correct flight number.

The chauffeur will meet you at the Arrival Hall with your name/company on a greeting sign for airport transfers.  For other services we will pick you up from your place of accommodation or any other agreed upon place upon reservation.

Please inform us about any changes to the booking at least 24hrs before the previously scheduled reservation. If a change cannot be accommodated & results in a cancellation, you will be charged in full for the order.

Just click the “Book Now” button on any service listed on our home page. You will be directed to our WhatsApp chat where you can give us your requirements. We will confirm your booking within 30 minutes to 1 hour. You can also find the “Book Now” button on the individual service pages by clicking the “Services” menu tab on our home page. 

Availability changes daily and we suggest you place reservation as soon as you have firm travel dates and times. We suggest booking AT LEAST 12-24 hrs before your intended travel time.

After confirming the booking we will send you a link to make the deposit. Please make the deposit within 1 hour to secure your ride. The remaining payment can be made at any time during your journey to the driver via card or cash.

No.  Any tip / gratuity is voluntary.  If you feel the service is very good and would like to give a tip, 5 – 10% is ample.  Any tip is at the clients’ sole discretion.
